- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Steve is the most unprofessional person I have encountered in relation to letting. Submitted my notice on the 15th of April and never heard anything back until someone from the office wanted set up appointments to view the property. I handed in my keys 4 weeks ago and am yet to hear anything about my deposit. When calling to enquire Steve is the only one who can handle my issue but it will easier to find a polka dot unicorn than find Steve. I have been instructed to call the Hereford office to speak to him and guess what he wasnt there either! I will be filing a complaint with the Ombudsman because at this point I do not need the stress being pregnant trying get money back that is due to me. I will say Melissa who works in the office is an absolute doll but dealing with Steve is enough to pull ones hair out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT TO BE DEALT WITH PROFESSIONALLY!!!!!!By leticiaseymour, September 19, 2020
